These flexible agreements can provide many things for you, including software upgrades; service either by on site or phone/ modem support, preventative maintenance inspections, and much more. Being a maintenance customer means anyone at your location can pick up the phone and place a service call and have the peace of mind that the problem will be taken care of quickly and efficiently. Our service department has been trained to cover many different systems so you can feel comfortable knowing your system is in good hands. |
| Training: |
| Your personnel will be trained by our friendly support staff to ensure a comprehensive knowledge of every facet of your system or cash register. Training can be scheduled either in-house or on site, depending on your needs. Often instructional classes are held at DBS to provide ongoing training for store and restaurant owners so they can take advantage of all the benefits the systems offer. |
