We use our DataCard photo ID software which combines images and data. As this data is stored, reprints can be provided immediately. If you choose to purchase a system at a later date we can provide you with a copy of the previously formulated database and card design.

How it works
The first part of our service is to design the card. We follow your design specifications or you can choose from our library of pre-configured templates. There is a once-only charge for each new job. A proof will be provided for your approval.
Artwork can be supplied in electronic format as well as an actual printed and personalized card.
Artwork can be accepted in PC and Mac format on 3.5-inch floppy, Iomega ZIP or CD. We accept files created in Quark XPress, Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDRAW, as well as BMP, TIF, PCX, JPG and others (please enquire). Artwork should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and must be accompanies by a color printout or PDF.

Step 2 - Photo and Data Capture
Photos, data and other information are sent directly to our bureau service centre via email, secure courier, post or other method.
Alternatively, we visit your site(s) and capture photos and other required data using our mobile photo capture stations. Cards can be issued on the spot or are usually brought back to our bureau service centre for processing.
We can also offer an online bureau service, allowing you to upload data and photos to our bureau securely and efficiently via our web site.
Step 3 - Printing and Encoding
Cards can be printed in single or full color, on one or both sides. We utilize the latest in high-definition card printing equipment for superb quality and speed. Cards are produced are with photographic quality, providing vivid colors and sharp detail.
Where required, cards are numbered and encoded before dispatch.
