A public health representative can scan the back of a driver’s license or state ID, scan the vaccine QR, and choose a quantity of labels to print quickly and efficiently label and record all data. The entire process takes as little as 10 seconds from beginning to end!
The information collected & recorded can also be electronically collected into Mobile Solutions® EEMS
(Emergency Event Manager System) by scanning the QR barcode printed on the label. (OPTIONAL) Allowing you to use our software to track those that are getting vaccines & collecting their personal info electronically.
To better adhere to HIPAA compliance guidelines, labels may be printed without electronic tracking. Scanners used in this process do not store any data and doesn’t require Internet connection. All software used in this solution is NIMS and HIPAA compliant.
