Diamond Business Services is hiring a driven Sales Professional to accelerate our growth across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. We deliver security and identity technologies — including Weapons Detection Systems, Integrated Photo ID Solutions, Access Control, Visitor Management, Financial Instant Issuance, Cloud and AI-powered platforms — trusted by organizations since 1982

Based in Amarillo, and the position to be filled in Amarillo.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales motion: prospect → pitch → demo → close → grow
  • Build relationships in security, financial, education, enterprise, and government markets
  • Position modern security tech (weapons detection, access control, SaaS/AI solutions) to decision makers
  • Drive territory growth with a mix of new logo acquisition and account expansion
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver best-fit solutions
  • Track pipeline and performance using CRM and sales tools

What You Bring

  • Successful track record selling technology, security solutions, access control, SaaS, or B2B services

  • 2+ years for B to B sales experience

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience in sales or the safety, security, access control industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Success in the Role:

In the first 30 days, you will

  • Work closely with in-house sales leaders to build out a territory prioritization plan 
  • Attend Sales training and also complete on-line sales programs
  • Work with in-house technical staff to understand how to work with them to provide successful delivery of sales solutions
  • Learn about the market landscape & threat climate in your territory, specifically in the K12, Healthcare, and workplaces segments. 
  • Learn how to deliver compelling value proposition per vertical 
  • Understand how to identify security pain points and vet prospects for potential fit 

Within 3-6 months, you will

  • Register Leads and be able to offer online and in person demos of solutions
  • Own the lead qualification process build relationships with key Account Executives 
  • Achieve monthly qualified meetings & sales opportunity generation goals 
  • Pipeline management – foster data integrity within our CRM 
  • Attend/Work trade shows to engage with prospects and customers 
  • Have a deep understanding of the forces driving demand for weapons screening, and visual and physical identity needs
  • Started developing a strong pipeline of highly qualified sales opportunities for your region in key verticals
