- Role Overview
- Diamond Business Services is seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a proven track record of success in selling complex technology solutions and services. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Amarillo Area, with a sales territory that spans Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico.
- Some travel is required to support clients and opportunities throughout the region. All travel, expenses, and training costs are covered by the company.

- Drive sales and business development for safety, security, and identity solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through closing and post-sale follow-up
- Cultivate long-term relationships through exceptional service and consultative selling
- Understand client needs and align the right technology solutions to address them
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and drive results
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope, present, and deliver tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Qualifications
- Demonstrated success selling complex technology solutions and services
- Business maturity with strong customer relationship management skills
- Self-starter with a consistent history of initiative, accountability, and results
- Strong communication skills — in person and over the phone
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
- Background in Access Control Security is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
