Our products focus on identifying PEOPLE (such as Weapons Detection, Perimeter Security, Photo ID Card Systems, Access Control, Virtual Card ID, Inmate Identification and Tracking, and Video Surveillance), PRODUCTS (including Debit & Credit Card Issuance, Tardy Tracking, and Asset Tracking), and PROCESSES (such as Visitor Management, Membership Programs, Cyber Security, and more). These solutions often enable us to collaborate with various organizational departments—such as Human Resources, CTO, Operations, and Security. We frequently integrate processes to achieve better results at a lower cost, striving to be solution providers and build strong relationships with our clients.

Skills/Requirements

  • Sales experience and/or experience in the B2B Sales, Public Service, Banking, or Safety/Security market.
  • Integrity and strong work-ethic
  • Strong Computer Skills and some understanding of Database Functions
  • Superior networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding Phone and Email communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Engaging communication skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel and ensure adequate coverage of sales territory
  • Must maintain professional conduct and appearance
  • Passion for face-to-face sales and problem solving
  • Able to take direction, as well as work as a self-motivated individual
  • Willingness to Cold Call, E-Mail Market, and Demonstrate a diverse product line.
